 We selected this venue based on the modern look requiring minimal decoration, the convenience of the location and the available services offered. It was a perfect event hosted by Infinity and it could not have been possible without the great staff and planners. Rania was our venue sales consultant who showed us all of the options available and helped determine our needs for our wedding and what Infinity could offer. Viviane was our event planner and she did a great job communicating with both of us for every aspect of the wedding. The venue staff prepared the salon for us to add our decorations and it looked stunning. A perfect day, thank you to all at Infinity. We would love to recommend this venue for those looking for a beautiful and convenient event!

 We could not count the number of people who literally raved about your beautiful facilities and the delicious meal. The lighting and chandeliers really caught people’s attention. Your staff was also extremely courteous and helpful. Lieutenant-General Lamarre has already recommended the use of your facilities next year. 

 Everyone says that wedding planning can be a downright stressful experience however, I believe that I may have been the luckiest bride this year as I got to deal with some of the sweetest, helpful, most professional people at the Infinity Convention Centre. The beautiful interior design is what brought me to this amazing venue, but it was the staff that made me want to seal the deal. Everyone I've worked with at the venue was so sweet, but I wanted to give a shoutout to Rania (Wedding Sales Manager) & Stephanie (Event Coordinator) - you ladies are beyond sweet and super professional. From the moment I met him on the Friday, he was extremely helpful and definitely put me at ease. The day of the wedding he made sure everything was put into place and even noticed quite a bit of things that my decorator didn’t do. Like I said, he went wayyy over his duties for the night. He was incredible and the night went perfectly. Food was amazing, everything was perfect. Perfect wedding, perfect venue, beautiful memories.  

 Hi Sharron, We find it very important to tell you that your help and support during the planning of the event we hosted at Infinity Convention Centre on June 4th was greatly appreciated. Having someone with your knowledge and experience made us feel much more confident and it wouldn’t have been the same without your team of experts. EVERYTHING was perfect, starting with you taking charge of our needs from the first email we exchanged, with the availability, ideas, vision and assistance from Kyle and Michael, the excellent service we received from Kevin and all the waiters and bartenders was also exceptional!  From our first interactions with Jo-Anne through our departure last night, every single piece of our event puzzle fit perfectly. Jo-Anne knew exactly what we needed and carried us through the process perfectly. It's great to see my old friend Tim happy in a new job and doing it with such class. Chef - the meal couldn't have been better. From the apps at the start of the night, to that delicious dessert, everything was stunning. All of our technical needs were handled well by Kyle and his team and words fail me in describing our experience with Michael and his service staff. I'll try by telling you that I think Infinity Convention Centre should be congratulated on allowing Michael to shine throughout his job. Capping that energy would come at a detriment to your experience. My whole team felt like he was a friend by the end of the evening and that goes a long way in instilling confidence. We're well aware of the intricacies that we demand of a venue when holding this event. There are so many pieces to cover and such a diverse group of people to satisfy. The complexity of making everything work beautifully is not lost on us. Michael exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the results of the evening. He deserves our deep thanks. It took me three years to elevate this event to where I envisioned it and you all helped me show Carefor the true potential of what investing in your events can do. The venue did not disappoint as we signed the contract in hardhats and promises of perfection…..The infinity convention centre is a spectacular venue and a perfect spot for an event. We were able to have such an incredible day smooth transitions from the ceremony, to the cocktail to the reception. All three spaces were incredible. THE FOOD was incredible. We have received so many complements about the food. Our guests were commenting on how amazing the appetizers were during the cocktail hour. The quality of meals was spectacular. The cook on the protein was on point for all. Guest talked about how the food was some of the best they have had at a wedding, we agree! Thanks again we will highly recommend this venue to ANYONE.  We had the most beautiful wedding at Infinity convention centre. The staff is thorough and pay attention to detail. Our day turned out perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more. On the day of our wedding, the staff felt as part of our family. They were very caring and made sure our event was as perfect as we imagined. Our guests loved the beautiful hall, and appreciated the staff being so understanding and patient. It was a great pleasure to have worked with a venue so thoughtful and dedicated to their expertise.  The Enercare breakfast seminar went exceptionally well. I received so many comments regarding the facility. Everyone thought it was beautiful, and the food was great as well. Overall, we were extremely pleased with how smoothly our event went, and we would definitely use Infinity Convention Centre again in the future. 

 The Infinity Convention Centre was a great venue to host our Global Technology Innovation Showcase event. Your staff were very helpful and professional at all times - including the serving and support staff, that work very hard behind the scenes. In particular, Sharron and Michael were absolutely excellent - extremely professional, efficient, helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with at every stage. 

 Being that this is my first time at ICC, I was extremely impressed! It wasn’t just the beauty of the venue, from the high ceilings to those beautiful lights, massive and simply stunning, but also the people. As soon as I arrived, the friendly Michael Wright approached me immediately and bought me into my room. He introduced me to the tech, Kyle and the server, Fran. I asked these folks for last minute stuff and they all kindly delivered all while wearing a smile. Their customer focus was immediately noted. Kyle also took me around to look at other rooms as I was curious on possible other future events. During and at the end of the day, Michael made sure to check on my experience. I had several of my folks comment on the location, delicious food, one calling it “a hidden gem”. Overall, thank you for the amazing experience. 

 Everything was absolutely perfect. People were raving about the food, the service and the venue. You guys knocked it out of the park. It was phenomenal. Thank you SO much!

You took care of the smallest details and provided us all the support needed for our fundraising event. Your patience with us was deeply appreciated for the changes we kept asking... Want to acknowledge the female server we had at table #25. She managed to serve two veggie entrees without prior notice and we were so grateful. She was super efficient and should be patted on the back for her hard work. Congrats to you and your team for a flawless evening.

Also Michael who managed the catering was absolutely amazing. Because of your staff, we would truly consider doing another show here next year.  The venue is spectacular. Nothing was missed in the planning, the decor is elegant, the staff are outstanding and the kitchen is led by an ambitious and talented Chef. The technical detail of the space is unrivaled. It has all of the luxury you're looking for without the hollow, corporate culture. Wedding planners now have the perfect space that Ottawa was missing. Social events now have a home without the cavernous warehouse feel. The deep investment made in our community is appreciated and I think Ottawa will respond with great enthusiasm. 

 The most stunning venue in Ottawa! What a gorgeous event centre. We were lucky enough to be the first event and it was perfect. The bridal suite is incredible, the decor and details in the whole venue is unmatched. I was in awe the whole time. The staff were wonderful and we were well taken care of. The main hall is exquisite and was the perfect backdrop for a beautiful ceremony. This venue has thought of everything to make your event beautiful and classy from start to finish. Highly recommend the Infinity Centre for any wedding, conference, event or gathering. Can accommodate up to 1000 people. This will definitely be Ottawa's hottest venue. It's so handy to have the hotel across the parking lot for guests too! Food was fantastic and service was as well. Thank you for the amazing event. 

 Absolutely, stunningly, beautiful facility. I was there for an all day conference, which had breakfast, lunch and 3 snack sessions... all the food was fabulous and presented beautifully. We are very lucky to have such an amazing venue in Ottawa right by the airport. Don't hesitate to use this location for your next event... you will be proud.

 Beautiful decor, and the food was on par for the type of venue. Serving staff was helpful, polite and the bar staff were pretty quick to serve. Lots of washrooms that we kept very clean. Great experience. 

 Staff were really patient and kind with our large and boisterous group. Convention center itself is beautifully constructed!
